Five minerals and 100 mg of vitamin C fit into 5 g of powder that makes half a litre of pink grapefruit flavoured drink. The 300 g tub works out at 60 servings.
Sodium, chloride, potassium, calcium and magnesium leave the body in sweat over a longer session. Electrolyte Worx supplies them in a measured ratio, so you are not stirring salt into mineral water and guessing. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and one serving already carries 100 mg.
The Finnish and Swedish plants put in no artificial sweeteners and no synthetic colours: the sweetness comes from steviol glycosides alone and the colour from beetroot betanin.

Directions
Stir 5 g of powder, roughly one level scoop, into half a litre of water. Drink 1 to 3 times a day, ideally during physical activity.
