Energia Magnesium pairs magnesium in the malate form with N-acetyl-L-carnitine and trans-resveratrol. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function and to normal muscle function. You set the dose yourself: one to three capsules a day, so one pack lasts 40 to 120 days. Made in Finland with no fillers, binders or artificial sweeteners.

Dosage

Take 1 to 3 capsules daily and wash them down with water.
