Energy Boost is a six-ingredient capsule with N-acetyl-L-carnitine, R-alpha-lipoic acid, coenzyme Q10, trans-resveratrol and vitamins B2 and B3. A daily dose of two capsules delivers 900 mg of N-acetyl-L-carnitine, 120 mg of R-alpha-lipoic acid, 100 mg of coenzyme Q10 and 40 mg of trans-resveratrol. Both vitamin B2 and B3 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and vitamin B2 also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Made in Finland, with no fillers or artificial sweeteners.

Dosage
