Energy Gummy Bar is a 30 g chewable energy bar in strawberry flavour that supplies 23 g of carbohydrates and 96 kcal. It is the chewable alternative to an energy gel – you chew it instead of swallowing a thin gel, which plenty of runners and cyclists prefer deep into a long race. Colour and taste come from carrot and blackcurrant concentrate, and the bar is caffeine free.

Dosage
