Energy Shot+ in citrus and ginger is a concentrated 60 ml bottle with 160 mg of natural caffeine and 80 mg of vitamin C. Compared with the standard Energy Shot line it is built around botanical extracts – 200 mg ginger, 100 mg turmeric, 60 mg Siberian ginseng and 10 mg BioPerine black pepper. The taste is sharp and citrusy, sugar free, at five calories per bottle.
- 160 mg natural caffeine – per bottle; high caffeine content.
- 80 mg vitamin C – 100% NRV; contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamins B5, B6 and B12 – contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- 200 mg ginger extract – alongside 100 mg turmeric and 60 mg Siberian ginseng.
- 10 mg BioPerine – standardised black pepper extract.
- Sugar free, 5 kcal – sweetened with sucralose and steviol glycosides.
Dosage
Shake before use. Take 1 bottle per day, 30 minutes before training or at any point during the day.
