Magnesium appears here in three forms at once: bisglycinate, malate and lactate, together 100 mg of elemental magnesium in two capsules. To that Female Support PMS adds vitamin B6, zinc and selenium along with six plant ingredients, among them sage, red clover and the Saffr'Activ® saffron extract.
The documented nutrient amounts per daily dose read as follows: magnesium 100 mg (27 % of the nutrient reference value), vitamin B6 6 mg (428 %), zinc 5 mg (50 %) and selenium 50 µg (90 %). Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and to normal muscle function. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, and selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
The plant side is sage extract at 400 mg, red clover at 200 mg, ginger at 100 mg standardised to 5 mg of gingerol, Saffr'Activ® saffron at 30 mg with 3 mg of crocin, and sour cherry extract at 25 mg. The DigeZyme® enzyme complex adds 125 mg and five enzymes. For the herbs we list the form and the amount, nothing more. You take two capsules a day, so a 90-capsule pack lasts 45 days.
