Fibre Complex with F.O.S. by Viridian Nutrition combines six plant sources of fibre in one capsule: organic flaxseed, psyllium, apple pectin, kelp, rice bran and prebiotic fructooligosaccharides. You get both soluble and insoluble fibre in a practical form with no powders to mix.
- Organic flaxseed – 140 mg in every capsule
- Psyllium – 140 mg of psyllium husks
- Apple pectin, kelp and rice bran – complementary fibre sources
- F.O.S. – 25 mg of prebiotic fructooligosaccharides
- Soluble and insoluble fibre – in a single complex

Directions
Take 1–3 capsules daily with food. For an intensive course, take 3 capsules 3 times daily (one pack lasts 10 days).
Ingredients
Per capsule: flaxseed (organic) 140 mg, psyllium husks 140 mg, apple pectin 35 mg, kelp 30 mg, rice bran 30 mg, fructooligosaccharides (F.O.S.) 25 mg. Capsule: plant cellulose.
