Leafy greens, pulses and liver are the main dietary sources of folate, but vitamin B9 handles heat and long storage badly. Folic Acid by NutriWorks therefore delivers 400 µg in a single plant based capsule, which comes to 200% of the nutrient reference value.

Folate contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function. The 400 µg dose is the format professional guidance normally works with, and there is nothing else active in the capsule. If you are topping up one specific B vitamin, you should not have to swallow the other seven with it.

The rest of the list is short. Maize maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose as a filler, a plant based HPMC shell and two anti-caking agents. No sweetener, no flavouring. The 90 capsule pack lasts three months and is filled at the NutriWorks sites in Finland and Sweden.
