Fusion Protein in salted caramel is a multi-source protein built on pea isolate, whey concentrate and rice isolate – one 30 g serving holds 22 g of protein. The 500 g pack covers 16 servings. The caramel version is sweeter and saltier than the chocolate one, a counterpoint to the usual cocoa shakes. Pick it if you want to cut back on dairy but do not want a purely plant protein.
- Three protein sources – pea isolate, whey concentrate and rice isolate.
- 22 g of protein per serving – 73 g of protein per 100 g of powder.
- 0.6 g of sugar per serving – a sweet caramel taste with no added sugar.
- 0.09 g of lactose per serving – a trace amount only.
- 500 g = 16 servings – a practical size for topping up protein through the day.
- Protein – contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Dosage
Mix 30 g (one heaped scoop) with 300 ml of water or another drink and shake. Take 1–3 servings a day, ideally right after training or between meals.
