GOAT is a native protein powder made from fresh farm goat's milk. The 480 g pack yields 19 servings of 25 g. It is produced by gentle filtration without denaturing, so the proteins keep the natural ratio of goat casein, exclusively type A2, and whey protein just as they occur in fresh milk. Thanks to a specific goat breed the powder carries none of the usual goaty aftertaste.
This variant pairs the native protein with gold-grade Himalayan shilajit. Every serving holds 300 mg of shilajit powder, roughly the equivalent of 500 mg of fresh shilajit, with its natural content of fulvic acid, humic acid and dibenzo-alpha-pyrones. In Ayurveda shilajit belongs among the rasayanas, substances used for centuries. It is the first shilajit certified by the Czech National Institute of Public Health.
The Elixir formula adds 2 g of the oligosaccharide 2'-fucosyllactose per serving, MCT fats, magnesium and zinc in chelated bisglycinate form, vitamins D3 and K2 as MK-7, and a complete bioactive B-complex with Quatrefolic folate. The whole thing holds a clean label line: no sweeteners, flavourings, colourings, emulsifiers or bulking agents, and GMO free. Blend it at breakfast, after training or between meals.

Dosage
Stir one 25 g serving, that is one scoop, into 150 ml of water and drink it straight away. Adjust the water to taste. Take 1 to 3 servings a day, for instance at breakfast, around training or between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 3 servings.
