Flaxseed oil is one of the richest plant sources of omega 3. Viridian cold-presses it from golden organic flax seeds and bottles it in amber glass under a protective nitrogen atmosphere to keep it fresh. Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels with a daily intake of 2 g - covered by a single teaspoon.
