An hour after a hard session nothing heavy appeals, and that is exactly the moment Growth Matrix is aimed at. The fruit version tastes fresher than the chocolate one, so it works in summer and after endurance work.
A single 105 g serving carries 38 g of protein from whey protein hydrolysate at a 30 % degree of hydrolysis, 56 g of carbohydrate from glucose polymers and only 1.9 g of fat, plus 7000 mg of free L-leucine and 3000 mg of Creapure® creatine. The high share of free amino acids leaves a slightly bitter edge.
Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones. The 1.89 kg tub holds 18 servings.

Dosage
Mix one 105 g serving, three level 60 ml scoops, into 450 ml of water in a shaker or blender and drink it straight after training. The tub holds 18 servings. The 3 g of creatine corresponds to one full serving.
