A hydrolysate at 30 % degree of hydrolysis tastes bitter, and the cocoa in this version of Growth Matrix is there to balance that out. Expect nothing sweet, and expect something other than an ordinary gainer: the base is hydrolysed whey, not concentrate.

One 105 g serving carries 38 g of protein, 53 g of carbohydrate and 1656 kJ / 391 kcal. Protein accounts for 39 % of that energy. On top come 7000 mg of free L-leucine, over and above the leucine bound in the protein, and 3000 mg of Creapure® creatine.

The 1.89 kg tub works out at 18 servings. It mixes into 450 ml of water, so after a hard session protein, carbohydrate and creatine all arrive in one shaker.

Dosage

Mix one 105 g serving, three level 60ml scoops, into 450 ml of water in a shaker or blender. Drink it immediately after training. The tub holds 18 servings. Because a serving already carries 3 g of creatine, there is no point in taking two back to back.
