Hair Support Complex by British brand Viridian Nutrition is a carefully formulated blend of 11 bioactive nutrients that support the essential building blocks of hair across every phase of the growth cycle – from anagen (growth) through catagen (transition) to telogen (resting). The formula nourishes hair follicles from the inside, contributing to strength, shine and overall vitality.
The foundation is MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) at 950 mg – an organic sulphur compound involved in the synthesis of keratin, collagen and hyaluronic acid. Vitamin C (180 mg) in the form of magnesium and zinc ascorbate simultaneously delivers zinc (15 mg) and contributes to normal collagen formation. Pine bark extract and grape seed extract (both providing 95 % OPCs) offer potent antioxidant protection. Horsetail extract is one of the richest natural sources of silica, which is involved in keratin production. The blend is completed by beta-carotene from Dunaliella salina, iron as bisglycinate, selenium, copper and biotin (500 µg) – comprehensive nutritional support for hair, scalp and nails.

Directions for use
Take 2 capsules daily with food. For visible results, we recommend continuous use for a minimum of 3 months. For the strongest effect, combine with other Viridian Tri-Hair products.
