HERA Protein BIO is a whey concentrate made from the milk of Finnish cows that graze freely and get organic feed through the winter. Gentle cross-flow ultrafiltration keeps the protein content at 80% and the taste clean even without sweeteners. One serving gives you 21 g of protein, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones. Reach for it after training or any time during the day when you need to top up your protein intake.
