High Six B6 B-Complex by Viridian Nutrition contains 50 mg of vitamin B6 per capsule (3571% of the reference intake), which is why the dosage is only 1 capsule once every 4 days. It combines B6 with other important B vitamins. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the regulation of hormonal activity, to normal psychological function, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal function of the immune system. Riboflavin (B2) contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and vision and to the normal formation of red blood cells.
