Immortal Shilajit Freeze Dried are capsules of freeze-dried Himalayan shilajit Lyoshil. One capsule holds 666 mg of freeze-dried purified resin, roughly the equivalent of 1 g of fresh resin. The pack contains 25 or 50 capsules.
The shilajit is hand-collected in the Hunza valley in Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan, at altitudes above 4,600 metres. After purification it is freeze-dried at up to 42 °C, so the raw material is processed without heating. Batches undergo laboratory testing for microbiology and heavy metals and are packed in Miron violet glass, which shields the contents from light.
In Ayurveda shilajit belongs among the rasayanas, substances used for centuries during physical and mental strain. Classic resin has a pronounced earthy taste and has to be dissolved, and the capsule skips that step. If you prefer, open it and dissolve the contents in warm water like traditional shilajit.

Dosage
