Immortal Shilajit is a purified Himalayan resin in semi-liquid form. The raw material is collected by hand straight from the rocks of the Hunza valley in the Gilgit Baltistan region of Pakistan, at 4,900 to 5,500 metres. In Ayurveda shilajit belongs to the group known as rasayanas, substances that have been used there for centuries.
Purification follows the traditional route. The raw resin is dissolved in spring water, passed through multi-stage filtration and dried slowly below 40 °C, never boiled. What ends up in the jar is a single ingredient: purified shilajit. No fillers, no colourings, no flavourings.
The texture is thick and the colour dark brown to black. The smell is strongly earthy and the taste bitter, so most people dissolve it in warm water or coffee. Four sizes are available, from a 15 g jar to try it out up to 333 g for long-term use.

Dosage
Take a pea-sized amount, roughly 0.3 to 0.5 g, dissolve it in warm water or another drink and drink it. Start with a smaller amount and adjust to your own tolerance. A 30 g jar lasts about 60 days at 0.5 g a day. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
