Sweet and salty is still a minority taste among gainers, and Instant Mass Heavy Weight in salted caramel commits to it fully. The 5.4 kg tub makes 36 servings of 150 g, which is 18 days at the full daily dose of 300 g.
A 300 g daily dose delivers 60 g of protein, 203 g of carbohydrate and 1121 kcal. The protein side comes from whey concentrate, hydrolysate, micellar casein and native whey; the carbohydrate side from maltodextrin and oat flour. The caramel is not over sweetened, with 4.7 g of sugars per 100 g of powder.
Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones. The daily dose also carries 3 g of Creapure® creatine monohydrate, 150 mg of magnesium and 100 mg of vitamin C.

Dosage
Mix 150 g, one level 250 ml scoop, into 350 ml of water in a shaker or blender and drink it straight away. The full daily dose is two servings, 300 g in total. If gainers are new to you, run one serving a day for the first fortnight and watch how your digestion handles it. Take a serving after training or 45 to 60 minutes before bed. The 3 g of creatine belongs to the whole 300 g, not to a single serving.
