The flagship Reflex protein is built on grass-fed whey isolate rather than concentrate, and the numbers show it: 24 g of protein in a 30 g serving at 108 kcal, with 0.5 g of fat and 0.7 g of sugars.
The isolate is backed by whey concentrate and milk protein concentrate, all three carrying Origin Green Ireland certification. Every 100 g of powder holds 80 g of protein, a ratio concentrate-only blends cannot reach. Thanks to the isolate the shake mixes thinner than ordinary whey.
Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones. The 900 g tub holds 30 servings.

Dosage
Mix 30 g, one heaped 60 ml scoop, into 170 to 200 ml of water until smooth and free of lumps. Up to three servings a day. The 900 g tub holds 30 servings.
