Intra workout orange is a powdered drink built to be sipped during a strength session. One 15 g serving contains 3 g of BCAA in a 2:1:1 ratio, 2.25 g of L-citrulline malate, 1.5 g of L-glutamine, 0.45 g of HMB and 4 g of highly branched cyclic dextrin, plus electrolytes and vitamin B6. The 300 g tub gives you 20 servings. The drink contains no sugar and its ingredients are of plant origin.
- 3 g of BCAA at a 2:1:1 ratio – 1.5 g leucine, 0.75 g isoleucine and 0.75 g valine.
- 4 g of cyclic dextrin – a carbohydrate intended for sipping under load.
- 450 mg of potassium – 23% NRV. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
- 90 mg of magnesium – 24% NRV. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- 0.33 mg of vitamin B6 – 24% NRV. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
- HMB and citrulline malate – 0.45 g of HMB and 2.25 g of L-citrulline malate per serving.
Dosage
Mix 15 g (1 heaped scoop) into 300 ml of cold water and sip it throughout your strength session. One serving a day.
