One capsule on an empty stomach in the morning, and your iodine for the day is settled. Iodine + Tyrosine pairs 250 µg of iodine, as potassium iodide, with 500 mg of the amino acid L-tyrosine in a vegan HPMC capsule. Sixty capsules, sixty days.
Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function and to the normal production of thyroid hormones.
