Iodine is supplied as potassium iodide. Each capsule provides the same declared amount, rather than relying on the variable iodine content of whole seaweed.

Does it contain seaweed?
No. The iodine source is potassium iodide. The other listed ingredient is L-tyrosine, and the capsule shell is plant-based.
Can I combine several iodine sources?
