Two millilitres of this concentrate in your water bottle deliver 200 mg of magnesium, 53 % of the daily reference intake, without a tablet in sight. Ionic Magnesium Liquid is an ionic mineral concentrate drawn from the Great Salt Lake in Utah and concentrated by a natural process, so the magnesium arrives already dissolved.
Magnesium is the mineral most people reach for when training and long days pile up, and this is a way to take it without swallowing anything solid. Alongside the magnesium the concentrate carries the lake's other minerals: 555 mg of chloride, 41 mg of sulphate and 4 mg of sodium per dose, with no GMO ingredients and no fillers.
The dose is small and the bottle is too: 100 ml covers 50 days at 2 ml a day and fits in any gym bag. Split the daily amount into 1 ml in the morning and 1 ml later in the day, each stirred into about half a litre of water or another drink.

How to use
Adults: 1 ml twice a day, each time added to 0.5 l of water or another drink. Children from 8 to 14 years and pregnant or breastfeeding women: 0.5 ml once a day.
