Joint Complex by Viridian is a nine-ingredient formula for active people and athletes who want to give their joints complete nutrition. The base is glucosamine sulphate of fermentation origin, complemented by plant extracts and micronutrients. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and bones.

Directions
Take 1–3 capsules daily with food.

Glucosamine sulphate 500 mg, Boswellia serrata resin powder 50 mg, vitamin C (magnesium ascorbate) 50 mg, L-proline 50 mg, turmeric root (Curcuma longa) 25 mg, quercetin 25 mg, bromelain (1200 GDU/g) 25 mg, ginger root (Zingiber officinale) 25 mg, manganese (manganese citrate) 1 mg.

Warning
