At the heart of the gloves is triple-density foam – three-layer padding that effectively absorbs impact and protects your knuckles and wrist during bag work, pad drills and sparring. Joya's proven strap system ensures a secure fit and wrist support at every stage of training.

Made from quality synthetic leather (PU) with a comfortable inner lining. Versatile use for boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai, available in 10 to 16 oz sizes for different training types and body builds.

Specifications

Choosing your size (oz)

Choose your glove size based on body weight and training type: 10 oz for speed and bag work, 12 oz as an all-rounder for technical training, 14 oz for lighter sparring and harder bag work, 16 oz as the standard for sparring. Heavier athletes typically choose a higher weight.

Use and care

After each session, air out the gloves and let them dry naturally away from direct heat. The interior can be wiped with a damp cloth – do not machine wash or tumble dry. To remove moisture and odour, we recommend glove inserts or an antibacterial spray.
