Choosing your size

Choose your size by body height and shin length: M for smaller and medium builds, L as a universal choice, XL for taller, bigger athletes. The guard should fit firmly but must not restrict circulation.

Use and care

After each session, air the guards and let them dry naturally away from direct heat. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth; do not use a washing machine or dryer. Clean the hook-and-loop straps regularly so they keep their grip.
