Choosing your size (oz)

Choose the glove size based on body weight and type of training: 12 oz as a versatile choice for technical training, 14 oz for lighter sparring and harder bag work, 16 oz as the standard for sparring. Heavier athletes usually choose a higher weight.

Use and care

After each training session, air the gloves out and let them dry naturally away from any direct heat source. Wipe the interior with a damp cloth; do not use a washing machine or dryer. To remove moisture and odour we recommend glove inserts or an antibacterial spray.
