Choosing your size
Choose your size by hand circumference: M for smaller hands, L as a universal choice, XL for larger hands. The glove should fit snugly without constricting.
Use and care
After each training session, air the gloves out and let them dry naturally away from any direct heat source. Wipe the interior with a damp cloth; do not use a washing machine or dryer. To remove moisture and odour we recommend glove inserts or an antibacterial spray.
