QuraDea kefir organic colostrum is Swiss bovine first milk that is gently pasteurised, then put through a 48-hour fermentation with live Tibetan kefir grains, and finally freeze-dried. That fermentation is the main difference from ordinary colostrum powder, because it changes the protein structure and brings the lactose content down.
The jar holds 100 g of powder in violet Miron glass, which keeps light out. The powder has a sharper, slightly sour kefir taste that anyone who has drunk the real thing will recognise. According to the manufacturer the kefir culture carries more than 30 species of bacteria and yeasts, which enter the product through the fermentation.
The dose is 1 to 3 g in the morning on an empty stomach, before breakfast. You let the powder dissolve slowly in your mouth, so there is nothing to stir and no shaker to carry, and the fermentation leaves only trace lactose behind.

Directions
Take 1 to 3 g a day, ideally on an empty stomach. The manufacturer states that 3 g is one level scoop. Let the powder dissolve slowly in your mouth, or stir it into a cold drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
