Unlike ordinary fish oil, the omega-3 fatty acids in krill are bound to phospholipids, and a single capsule carries 210 mg of them. The oil comes from Antarctic krill, Euphausia superba, from a sustainably managed fishery.
One capsule holds 500 mg of krill oil, within it 120 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, namely 60 mg of EPA and 32 mg of DHA, plus 150 µg of astaxanthin, the pigment behind the oil's deep red colour.
The pack holds 90 capsules. At one capsule a day that is three months; at two, roughly six weeks. The capsule shell is bovine gelatine, so the product is not suitable for vegetarians.

Directions
Take one to two capsules a day, in the morning with food or on an empty stomach, with water. The pack contains 90 capsules.
Ingredients
Oil from sustainably sourced Antarctic plankton, krill (Euphausia superba), in a gelatine capsule (bovine gelatine, humectant glycerol, water). Allergens: crustaceans. Because of the bovine gelatine the product is not suitable for vegetarians.

The authorised claim for EPA and DHA applies only from a daily intake of 250 mg. Two capsules add up to 184 mg of EPA and DHA, which is less, so no such claim is made on this page. There is likewise no authorised health claim for astaxanthin or for krill phospholipids.
