Product detailed description
One capsule with breakfast and you have 500 mg of L-carnitine in before the day starts. The compound occurs naturally in your body; Viridian supplies it as L-carnitine tartrate, plain carnitine rather than an acetyl or other derivative, so what the label says is what you swallow.
Apart from the carnitine there is alfalfa leaf as a plant-based filler and a plant cellulose shell. No synthetic bulking agents, no colourings, no unnecessary additives. A bottle holds 60 capsules, enough for one to two months at the usual dose.
Take it with a meal, one to three capsules a day. It contains no caffeine or other stimulants, so the timing is up to you.

How to use
1 to 3 capsules a day, swallowed with food and a glass of water. Three a day is the maximum.
