L-glutamine by PULS nutrition is an unflavoured amino acid powder made of 100% L-glutamine – no fillers, no sweeteners, no colours. One level scoop equals 5 g and the 300 g tub gives you 60 servings. Because it has no flavour, you can stir it into water, juice or a protein shake without changing how your drink tastes. L-glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the human body and is typically supplemented in this plain powdered form.
- 100% L-glutamine – the only ingredient in the tub.
- 5 g per serving – equal to one scoop, which is included.
- 60 servings – a 300 g tub at a 5 g dose.
- Unflavoured – mix into any drink or protein shake.
- Quickly soluble powder – 200 ml of liquid is enough.
Dosage
Mix 5 g (1 scoop) into 200 ml of water or juice and drink immediately. On training days take 1–2 servings daily – one after training and one before bed. On rest days take one serving between meals and one before bed.

Warnings
