Fermentation rather than chemical synthesis is the difference with glutamine, and you can read it straight off the ingredient list: one entry, and nothing else added to the powder. No sweeteners, no flavourings, no fillers.
A 5 g serving is one level 5ml scoop and the 500 g tub holds a hundred of them. At three servings a day, which is the recommended split, that runs for about a month.

Dosage
Mix 5 g, one level 5ml scoop, into 300 ml of water or juice. On training days take one serving half an hour before the session, one straight after it and one in the evening before bed. On rest days spread three servings through the day, with the last one before bed. The tub holds 100 servings.
