Lacti Total goes for strength, Daily Multi Strain for breadth: instead of fifty billion from twelve strains you get twelve billion spread across twenty. The probiotic blend comes with prebiotic inulin from chicory root and 15 mg of vitamin C in the buffered calcium L-ascorbate form.
Vitamin C covers 19 % of the nutrient reference value per daily dose. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. For the live cultures we stay with what the label states: strain names and unit counts.
The capsule is a patented DRcaps® shell that resists stomach acid. The genera represented are Lactobacillus and its relatives, Bifidobacterium, Streptococcus and Lactococcus, with the five strongest strains at one billion units each. You take one capsule a day, so a pack lasts exactly a month.

Directions
Take 1 capsule a day and wash it down with water. The pack holds 30 servings.
