One capsule a day, and it carries 50 billion live cultures of lactic acid bacteria across eleven strains. Three of them dominate the count: Lactobacillus rhamnosus at 17.4 billion, Lactobacillus casei at 11.5 billion and Lactobacillus plantarum at 10 billion.
The remaining eight strains fill out the blend at smaller counts, from 3.5 billion for Lactobacillus acidophilus down to 100 million for Lactobacillus reuteri. The cultures sit inside a plant-based DRcaps® capsule, a delayed-release shell that resists stomach acid. The formula also carries inulin, a soluble fibre, and 15 mg of vitamin C as calcium L-ascorbate.
Made in Sweden, free of GMO and animal ingredients, and certified I'm Vegan by Djurens Rätt. A pack holds 30 capsules, so at one a day it lasts exactly a month.
