Product detailed description
One capsule of Lacti Mood holds 500 mg of the patented ProbioStress® Zen complex. It pairs two bacterial cultures, Lactobacillus reuteri and Bifidobacterium breve, with the standardised saffron extract Saffr'Activ®.
Both cultures appear at 2 billion CFU each, so 4 billion in total. The saffron extract comes in at 30 mg with a declared 0.9 mg of crocin and 0.6 mg of safranal, the two markers saffron quality is standardised against.
The shell is a patented DRcaps®, a type that resists stomach acid. Made in Sweden, free of GMO and animal ingredients, and certified I'm Vegan by Djurens Rätt. A pack holds 30 capsules, so at one a day it lasts exactly a month.

Dosage
