The most heavily represented strain in Lacti Total is Lactobacillus plantarum at ten billion units per capsule, and the formula carries fifty billion in total across twelve strains. Nordbo adds prebiotic inulin and 15 mg of vitamin C as calcium L-ascorbate to the probiotic blend.
The capsule is a patented DRcaps® shell, a type of casing that resists stomach acid. The vitamin C sits in a buffered, pH neutral form and covers 19 % of the nutrient reference value in a daily dose. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
For the live cultures we stay with what the label states: the strains and the unit counts. You take one capsule a day, so a pack lasts exactly a month. Made in Sweden.

Directions
