Liposomal vitamin C from Dr. Mercola packs 1000 mg of vitamin C into two capsules, which is 1250 % of the nutrient reference value. The ascorbic acid comes from a plant source and is processed with sunflower lecithin and MCT fats that form liposomes in the stomach, the small phospholipid pockets that wrap around the active ingredient.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
