Powder-filled liposomal capsules
Vitamin C is combined with the sunflower phospholipid blend LipoCellTech™. Swallow the plant-based capsule or, as the manufacturer permits, open it and mix the contents into food.
Recommended intake
1 capsule daily; 2–3 when requirements are higher
- The Czech distributor recommends 1 capsule daily, or 2–3 capsules when requirements are higher, providing 250–750 mg of vitamin C.
- Take with water, with or without food. Do not exceed 3 capsules per day.

Can I open the capsule?
Yes. The manufacturer permits mixing the contents into food, a smoothie or juice. Always use the contents of whole capsules so you keep to the recommended dose.
How long does a 60-capsule pack last?
60 days at 1 capsule daily, 30 days at 2, or 20 days at 3.
How should I take it alongside B12?
Vitalvibe recommends taking its liposomal B12 at least 2 hours apart from vitamin C. When using both products, choose separate times of day.
