Nutrigums Magnesium Citrate delivers magnesium in gummies – chewable jellies with organically bound magnesium citrate plus vitamin C. If swallowing capsules is not your thing, this is a form you will actually enjoy: just chew the berry-flavoured gummy. Two gummies provide 150 mg of magnesium (40% NRV) and 80 mg of vitamin C (100% NRV).
- Magnesium 150 mg (40% NRV) – from 1250 mg of magnesium citrate in 2 gummies; magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function.
