Magnesium bisglycinate is not an inorganic salt. The magnesium is chelate-bound to the amino acid glycine, which is why the label lists it as bisglycinate rather than oxide or chloride.
A daily dose of three capsules carries 250 mg of magnesium, which is 67% of the nutrient reference value. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.
Apart from the bisglycinate the formula holds only the capsule shell, maltodextrin and an anti-caking agent. At three capsules a day a 120 capsule pack runs 40 days.
