A one gram scoop of the powder carries 157 mg of elemental magnesium, slightly more than a single capsule from the same range. Magnesium Good Night in powder form is flavoured with lemon and chamomile and you stir it into a cold drink.
The magnesium here is bisglycinate again, bound to the amino acid glycine. With it come 120 mg of chamomile flower extract and 6 mg of vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate. One scoop works out at 42 % of the nutrient reference value for magnesium and 429 % for vitamin B6.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function and to normal muscle function. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Chamomile has long been drunk in Europe as an evening infusion, and here it comes straight in the drink.

Directions
Stir 1 to 2 scoops, that is 1 to 2 g, into a cold drink, ideally in the evening. The pack holds 75 to 150 servings.
