Vitamin B6 goes into supplements either as pyridoxine hydrochloride or straight away in the active pyridoxal-5-phosphate form. Magnesium Good Night uses the second one and pairs it with magnesium bisglycinate and an extract of German chamomile flower.
One capsule delivers 130 mg of elemental magnesium, which is 35 % of the nutrient reference value, and 5 mg of vitamin B6, which is 357 %. Two capsules bring 260 mg of magnesium and 10 mg of B6. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function and to normal muscle function. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Chamomile is one of the longest cultivated herbs in Europe and is traditionally drunk as an evening infusion. Here you get it as a flower extract at 100 mg per capsule. The manufacturer recommends taking the capsules in the evening, so a 90-capsule pack lasts 45 to 90 days.

Directions
