Magnesium taurate binds magnesium to taurine, an amino acid that ordinary magnesium supplements simply do not carry. Nordbo Magnesium Heart Function builds its daily serving around it: 160 mg of magnesium across two capsules, which is 27% of the nutrient reference value.
The second component is mango extract (Mangifera indica) at 300 mg, standardised to 75 mg of mangiferin. The third is thiamine, vitamin B1, at 4 mg per two capsules. That works out at 364% of the reference value, so the dose is far from token.
Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to normal psychological function. The recommended timing is the evening, and one pack covers 45 days. The shell is cellulose, made in Sweden and I'm Vegan certified.

Dosage
