Magnesium L-threonate is magnesium bound to L-threonic acid. Dr. Mercola uses the patented Magtein® raw material and pairs it with microcrystalline cellulose and ascorbyl palmitate inside a plant cellulose capsule. A daily serving of three capsules delivers 2000 mg of Magtein®, which works out at 144 mg of elemental magnesium, or 38 % of the nutrient reference value.
Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function and to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The serving is split across three capsules for the simple reason that 2000 mg of Magtein® will not fit into one, and the last of the three is taken in the evening before bed.
The capsules are sealed with Licaps® technology, which closes the contents away from air. You will not find fillers, colours or preservatives in the formula. One bottle of 270 capsules covers 90 days, so reordering never becomes a monthly chore.

Dosage
