Magnesium L-threonate is magnesium bound to L-threonic acid. Dr. Mercola builds it on the patented Magtein® raw material and adds microcrystalline cellulose and ascorbyl palmitate inside a plant cellulose capsule. Three capsules make up the daily serving and deliver 2000 mg of Magtein®, which is 144 mg of elemental magnesium, or 38 % of the nutrient reference value.
Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function. Dosage
