Magnesium L-threonate is the patented Magtein® form of magnesium, in which the mineral is bound to L-threonic acid. Raw's takes the raw material straight from its exclusive European distributor and encapsulates it in a Czech supplement facility.

The only other ingredient is select criollo cacao. No artificial fillers, no colours or preservatives, no magnesium stearate. A daily dose holds 2000 mg of Magtein, which works out at 144 mg of magnesium, or 38 % of the reference intake. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

You get 90 capsules, and the Magtein® licence logo sits on the pack itself, so you can check the form at a glance. If swallowing capsules is not your thing, open one and stir the contents into water or milk.
