Magnesium form and five B vitamins
Magtein® is a branded form of Magnesium L-threonate. Neuro-B Complex adds B1, B2, B3, B6 and B12, each at 100% of the NRV in the daily dose. B6 is pyridoxal-5-phosphate and B12 is methylcobalamin. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Why does the table list both 2,000 mg and 141 mg?
2,000 mg is the weight of the complete Magtein® compound in 3 capsules. Of this, 141 mg is magnesium itself. Compare elemental magnesium amounts when choosing between products.
Does it replace a standalone B12 supplement?
The daily dose contains 2.5 µg of B12, or 100% of the NRV. Standalone NaturLabs B12 contains 500 µg per capsule and follows a different schedule. They are not interchangeable capsule for capsule; choose according to the B12 amount you need to supplement.
How long do 90 capsules last?
Exactly 30 days at the recommended 3 capsules per day. Store at room temperature in a dry, dark place.
