Powder instead of tablets: one one-gram scoop stirred into a cold drink delivers 133 mg of elemental magnesium from three organic salts.
Bisglycinate covers 97 mg, malate 23 mg and lactate 13 mg. On top of that come 133 mg of ginger extract and 33 mg of sour cherry extract at a 10:1 ratio, with natural lemon flavouring rounding off the taste.
You set the dose yourself, the manufacturer states one to three scoops a day. It fits best after training or in the evening, because powder dissolves faster than a tablet and there is nothing large to swallow. A 150 g pack gives you 150 scoops.

Dosage
