Three organic magnesium forms in a single capsule, adding up to 100 mg of elemental magnesium. Nordbo Magnesium Muscle Relief builds that dose from bisglycinate (72 mg), malate (18 mg) and lactate (10 mg), then adds 100 mg of ginger extract and 25 mg of a 10:1 tart cherry concentrate.
One hundred milligrams per capsule works out at 26.5% of the nutrient reference value. Because the dose runs from one to three capsules, you can dial the intake to match how hard the week has been. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Each form is a different bond: bisglycinate ties magnesium to the amino acid glycine, malate to malic acid, lactate to lactic acid. The shell is hypromellose, and MCT oil and rice starch sit inside with the actives. Made in Sweden, free of GMO and animal ingredients, I'm Vegan certified.

Dosage
1 to 3 capsules daily, ideally after training or in the evening. The pack holds 90 capsules, which is 30 to 90 daily servings depending on the dose you pick.
